Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your use of purepeptlabs.com and every order you place through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

Purepept Labs is a brand operated by Lungfit Limited, a Hong Kong company. Purepept Labs’ U.S. operations, marketing and order fulfillment are supported through its United States operations and fulfillment location.

The Hong Kong address is the legal business address of the operating company. The Atlanta address is the U.S. operations and fulfillment location from which orders are dispatched; it is not a registered office.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website to browse our catalog and place orders for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or use it to break any applicable law.

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website and to place an order.

3. Research Use Only

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, treatments, or diagnostic products, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring the products for lawful research purposes in an appropriate laboratory or research setting, and that you are qualified to handle, store and dispose of them safely. Our full Research Use Policy forms part of these terms.

Our support team cannot advise on human use, dosing, or medical application, and will not do so.

4. Products and Availability

Products are listed with the strengths and formats available at the time of listing. Each strength is a separate purchasable option with its own SKU and price.

Catalog availability changes. We may add, withdraw, or change products and strengths at any time without notice. Listing a product on the website is not a guarantee that it is in stock at the moment you order.

We aim to describe products accurately, but images are illustrative and packaging may vary.

5. Ordering and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order at checkout is an offer to purchase. It does not create a contract on its own.

A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after payment has been successfully processed. Until then we may decline the order — for example if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be confirmed, if the delivery address falls outside the destinations we serve, or if we reasonably believe the order breaches these terms or our Research Use Policy.

If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we refund it in full.

6. Pricing

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are shown on the product and checkout pages. The price that applies is the price displayed at the moment you place the order.

Shipping charges and any applicable tax are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Prices may change at any time before you order. If an obvious pricing error appears on the website, we may cancel the affected order and refund it rather than fulfill it at the erroneous price.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the secure payment providers available at checkout, and Purepept Labs does not store full card details on its own systems.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within the United States only, from our U.S. fulfillment location.

• Handling: 1–2 business days
• Transit: 3–4 business days
• Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery can be affected by carrier conditions, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Full details, including shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds, are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible new vial products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, unopened, in its original condition and with the original seal intact. No restocking fee is charged for approved eligible returns.

Opened, used or unsealed products are not eligible for a standard return. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders are handled separately as a merchant-error claim.

10. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or shipping. Orders already dispatched must follow the standard return process.

11. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

You agree that you will:

• provide accurate account, billing and delivery information;
• use the products only for lawful research purposes, and never for human or veterinary use;
• hold any licences, permissions or qualifications your jurisdiction requires for handling such materials;
• store, handle and dispose of the products safely and lawfully;
• not resell or redistribute the products in breach of applicable law or of our Research Use Policy.

12. Geographic Restrictions

This website is intended for customers ordering delivery within the United States. Checkout is limited to United States delivery addresses, and we do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States at this time.

You are responsible for ensuring that ordering and receiving the products is lawful where you are.

13. Intellectual Property

The Purepept Labs name and logo, and the text, images, product photography, layout and design of this website, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, resell, systematically extract, or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.

14. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and its content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website for maintenance or operational reasons.

Content on the website is provided for information. It is not scientific, medical, legal or professional advice, and must not be relied on as such.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the website or the products.

Because the products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use, we accept no liability for any use of the products in humans or animals, or for any use that breaches these terms or our Research Use Policy. Responsibility for safe and lawful handling rests with the customer.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date above shows when the current version took effect.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or their formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. Purepept Labs is a brand operated by Lungfit Limited, a Hong Kong company, which is why Hong Kong law applies even though orders are fulfilled from within the United States.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any mandatory consumer protection or statutory right you have under the law of the country or state where you live. Where such a right conflicts with this section, that right prevails.
